At Aliganj, Lucknow.
This place is situated very close to my college, so I thought to give it a try. I’m not a tea lover but still, I visited along with my friends. There is proper open seating and the ambience is really cool. We ordered Pan Mojito, Pina Colada, Cosmopolitan Mocktail, Arrabbiata Penne Pasta & Tandoori Paneer Pizza.
Arrabbiata Penne Pasta: This was the first dish to be served. The taste was ok. The sauce was very spicy & the pasta was so overcooked that it was into pieces. Not one of the best pasta I’ve had.
Tandoori Paneer Pizza: My friend chose to order this pizza because he loves paneer! The size of the pizza was small but it looked good though. To make the pizza Indianised, they topped the pizza with coriander. The toppings were generous and tasty. But the base of the pizza ruined everything. It was a bit hard to chew and I had to gobble it down with the mocktail I ordered.
The mocktails-
Pan Mojito was the best thing in the whole meal. It was so refreshing and the flavour of Pan was spot on! Both Pina Colada & Cosmopolitan were ok.
The service was slow.
